* 11. At the conference instructions: Bring your piece and any necessary supplies, support, or display structure to the conference. Arrange how to give your piece and supplies to Teresa Ralicki or Adam Kleinberger by March 11th or bring your piece and supplies to the session room at 2:30pm April 2nd for set up. It is your choice if you want to stay in the session or if you want to visit another session. Please return to the session room to retrieve your piece and supplies promptly after the Pecha Kucha presentation or make other arrangements by March 11th. If you are choosing to donate your piece to the conference raffle, you will receive additional instructions.
