In order for us to develop a suitable budget and action plan for your event, we will need information on your vision. Feel free to leave a section blank if it is not applicable to your event.

Once finished, our team will review your ideas and develop a suitable budgeting plan to execute your idea as well as an estimate on the fee required to plan your event.

What message/theme are you trying to get across? What atmosphere would you like to create? What would you like your attendees to come away with?

* 2. Please describe the ideal venue for your event. Is it indoors or outdoors? Is it in/near a specific location? How many people should it accommodate? What are some necessary aspects it must include (stage, tables, restrooms etc.)?
