Scrutiny Group: Close Cleaning Review Project

Set up in 2025, New Gorbals Scrutiny Group is made up of a group of tenants who are currently reviewing the Association’s Close Cleaning Service. The overall aim of this work is to identify any strengths and weaknesses of the service and recommend improvements to the Association’s Senior Management Team and Management Committee.

We are seeking your views to help us ensure the views of residents who receive the close cleaning service are included in this work. We would be most grateful if you could please take some time to complete this short survey.

TIS (Tenant Information Service) is providing us with support and advice to ensure our work is carried out independently and will be responsible for collating all survey responses received.
