Thank you for participating in this survey conducted by Pearson VUE on behalf of the ICFSEB. Your answers will be treated confidentially, and reported only as grouped data. Your input improves our understanding of the current practice of funeral practitioners, and allows us to make sure the ICFSEB exams reflects current best practice. Be assured that your input adds to the integrity of the process. Representatives from all funeral practitioner experience levels are needed to answer this survey. We appreciate you sharing your expertise with us. We realize this is a long survey. However, it is important to capture as many aspect of funeral practitioners' practice as possible. Definition of Rating Terms
Performance domains are the major responsibilities or duties that define the role of practitioners. Identified by a panel of your peers, ten performance domains are included in this survey. Tasks are activities performed within a performance domain. Each performance domain consists of a series of tasks that collectively form a comprehensive and detailed description of each performance domain. You will be asked to rate domains and tasks using the following rating scales.
Frequency Rating - How often is the task performed by a competent professional? (Frequency is rated on a 5-point scale)

Importance Rating - How essential is the domain to the competent performance of a professional? (Importance is rated on a 5-point scale)
