Menopause, mental health and suicidal thoughts

Thank you for your interest in our survey which is a collaboration between the Menopause Research and Education Fund (MREF), Menopause Support and Dr Sophie Behrman, a psychiatrist with a special interest in Menopause.
This survey is intended for people who have experienced suicidal thoughts during perimenopause or post menopause.
We understand that some of the questions here may be upsetting or triggering for some people. Please only proceed if you feel sure that you are able to do so.
And please remember, there is help available from the following resources if you feel you need it. (See below)
By completing this survey you will be helping build understanding of the extent of suicidal thoughts around menopause and what could help people who are experiencing them.
It is a very understudied area and we appreciate your contribution to building a better picture of the impact of menopause on mental health.
