St Huberts Island Canals - A Plan Of Management

A RESIDENT SURVEY on repair and maintenance of canals

Survey Due Monday 25th July 2016
ALL residents are requested to complete this survey - the canals make the Island what it is, and maybe why you live here.
This will be your only chance to contribute to this project.
There is more information regarding this Survey on the Island's website here.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What's in this Survey
This survey is about future repair and maintenance of the Island's canals by Council and residents. This affects ALL residents of the Island.
Seven key areas have been identified for addressing through the Consultant devised Plan Of Management (POM). To guide the direction and approach to the POM, Council and GHD Consultants would like feedback as to the relevance of each of these key areas, and determine other areas the residents would like to see addressed in the POM.

To aid you in answering this survey, we consider it essential that you read the Council’s “Consultancy Brief” for the POM project. It is an eight page PDF document, and is accessible on the Island’s website here, or you can request a printed copy of this document from secretary@sthubertsisland.nsw.au.

There are seven YES/NO/Comment questions below, followed by the ability to add up to two more Key Areas which you think should be part of the POM.

Lastly, we need some information about your St Huberts Island property to track Survey returns, and inform you by email of the progress of the POM, and it's final results. (This information will only be used for Island Association purposes).
