THANK YOU for your interest in participating in the 2023 Trunks of Treats.  All participants are REQUIRED to (1) Register by Wednesday, October 25th, (2) Decorate their vehicle / trunk / tent; (3) Distribute ONLY store-bought / prepackaged candy or other items (info booths allowed); (4) Set up your site by 5:00PM (sites assigned first come, first served); and (5) Have fun!

3.NUMBER OF VEHICLES PARTICIPATING.  If you will be utilizing a tent ONLY, skip to QUESTION #5.
4.EACH VEHICLE TYPE (MAKE & MODEL)
5.WILL YOUR ORGANIZATION BE UTLIZING A TENT FOR YOUR SETUP (DECORATIONS REQUIRED)?
6.IF YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL BE UTILIZING A TENT, WHAT IS THE SIZE OF YOUR TENT?
7.WHAT ITEMS WILL YOUR ORGANIZATION BE DISTRIBUTING (i.e. candy, glow sticks, glow bracelets, literature, etc.?
*NOTE: All edible items must be store bought / prepackaged.  No homemade goods are allowed.
