Resource Review

To ensure the Resource is meeting the needs of agencies across the Southern Mallee, we would be grateful if you could provide feedback via the following survey. You can view the Resources here 

The survey will be open for a period of two weeks, with the results to be discussed at the next SMPCP Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee meeting on May 9 in Swan Hill.

 
The Resource is for agency and professional use only, individual resources are available for:-

· Buloke
· Gannawarra
· Swan Hill

 Aims of the Resource:-

· Increase in awareness of, and referral to, a range of Mental Health Services and supports
· Increase and improve communication between agencies for the benefit of the consumer
· Provide agencies with a resource which clearly defines the Eligibility and Entry Criteria for Mental Health and Related Services across the Southern Mallee.

 

The Resource was developed and endorsed by the Southern Mallee Primary Care Partnership Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee and SMPCP Board of Management in December 2010 and are updated annually by the Committee.
