The attached VOC survey is only 10 questions related to the performance of our strategic Global and Regional commodity teams and will take less than 3 minutes to complete. The intent of the survey is to gather your feedback related to the Indirect Procurement team. By answering a few background questions we want to understand which area of Indirect Procurement your feedback is pertaining to. The survey results will be shared with the members of the Indirect Procurement team and used to help us improve our service to you our clients. A Separate Survey is available on our web site targeting our requstioner customer base to gather feedback on our tactical support largely provided through our partner Genpact.
