Where personal drive to create change is recognized. The Legacy Award is one of PAMA’s most prestigious levels of recognition. It is PAMA’s way of saying thank you to an individual who has made a lasting and positive impact on the property management industry over the course of many years. These are the people who have dedicated countless hours to improve the status quo, resulting in gains for their colleagues, clients and the next generation of property managers. This honor may go to someone who is described as instrumental (i.e. improving or creating systems, processes, programs, services); an advocate (i.e. pushing for regulatory change); and/or an educator or mentor (i.e. supporting the growth and development of the next generation of property managers).

Requirements
- Must be a current or former member of PAMA
- A record of working at least 20 years in an industry service profession supporting the property management sector (either currently working or retired)
- Has been instrumental in making a noticeable, lasting impact on the industry
- Is a passionate supporter of the industry
- Demonstrated participation in activities that had a positive impact on industry growth
- Has attended PAMA events/education
- Nominations for the Legacy Award are reserved for individuals with extraordinary, sustained contributions that reflect the award’s prestige. Please nominate only those whose achievements have significantly advanced the industry and PAMA itself.
