  • I acknowledge that no payment will be received from ARC Microtech Ltd for any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorised by this release, unless prior agreed in writing by ARC Microtech Ltd.
  • I also accept that it is entirely at the discretion of ARC Microtech Ltd whether I may inspect or approve any finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, printed matter, computer generated scanned images and other electronic media that may be used.
