Introduction

Club culture is an overarching term for the behaviours your club promotes and accepts. Each club will define positive and negative culture differently. Typically, clubs with a positive club culture are inclusive and welcoming, whereas those with a negative club culture may be more likely to exclude people and experience issues such as abuse towards officials and players.
All responses will remain anonymous and will be used by the following organisations to help improve the support provided for South Australian sport and recreation clubs: Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing; Active Inclusion; Wellbeing SA; and the Embrace Collective.
