Management Development Programme post course survey
As part of the Management Development Programme, delegates are asked to gather some information about their work practices from people they work with. This involves asking colleagues at a variety of levels to complete a PRE-COURSE and POST-COURSE questionnaire as honestly as possible. This process of 360º Feedback enables us to evaluate the delegate’s development and the effectiveness of the programme. The anonymous results will be collated by The Learning Company. Delegates on the course will, therefore, only receive a summary of the information supplied and not details of each returned questionnaire.
