CAAR's Retailer of the Year Award 2025

AWARD DESCRIPTION

Established in 2008, the Retailer of the Year Award recognizes one CAAR member location that went above and beyond to serve its customers. Some retail locations stand out from the crowd by demonstrating excellent customer service, implementing innovative business practices, and adopting new technology to improve operations. They also show exceptional leadership in their local community.

Nomination Criteria:

Customer Service and Satisfaction – Demonstrates excellent customer service and satisfaction, and significant customer retention.

Effective Employee Relations – Demonstrates effective employee management and satisfaction, and be recognized for its motivated, knowledgeable and helpful team.

Business Innovation, Efficiency and Safety – Demonstrates the successful application of innovative business practices and technology to improve business operations and stresses the importance of safety in the workplace.

Environmental Stewardship – Demonstrates exceptional leadership in environmental stewardship by meeting or exceeding compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines.

Community and Industry Leadership – Demonstrates exceptional professionalism and leadership in their local community and the industry at large through volunteering, sponsorship, or donations all while taking steps to improve the image of the agricultural industry.

Member of CAAR – Retailer must be a current member of CAAR in good standing.

The award will be presented at the CAAR 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

Nominations for the awards close on October 15, 2025.
