2026 IASCA AXPONA Invitational

1.This form is to submit your information for consideration for competing in the AXPONA Invitational event.

Space is very limited, and filling out this form will provide us with the information for the selection process.

The tentative schedule of invites is as follows:
Nov 2 - 2025 AXPONA competitors invitations sent
Jan 1 - First round of invitations
Feb 1 – Second round of invitations (based on first round declines or expired invitations)

Jan 1 invitees will have until Feb 1 to register before their invitation is released to the next set of invitees. If the Jan 1 invitees do not register before Feb 1, their invitation will expire and be given out to the next round of invitations.

7.Are you currently working with a vendor or manufacturer to be a booth display vehicle at AXPONA? If yes, who is the vendor or manufacturer?(Required.)
8.Load in for AXPONA is in the afternoon on Thursday, April 9 and load out is 4PM Sunday, April 12. Your vehicle must be kept inside between load in and load out. This will require you to find alternative transportation to/from your hotel accommodations. Some hotels have shuttles to the event.

Are you able to keep your vehicle inside the venue during this timeframe?(Required.)
9.We are subject to 1/4 tank of fuel per fire marshal. EV have different policies. Do you have an EV?(Required.)
10.We will be reviewing your IASCA competition stats from the past few years.
