Thank you for your interest in submitting a proposal to present at Q Shelter's Conference.
The Conference will be a two day event featuring a range of keynote speakers, panels, and breakout sessions.
The Conference will be a two day event featuring a range of keynote speakers, panels, and breakout sessions.
The theme of the Conference this year is - Empowered People, Connected Communities, Sustainable Housing.
Any speakers or facilitators are welcome to present under these three broad themes.
All submissions are due no later than Thursday 14 April. Presenters will be required to pay for conference registration.
There are limited opportunities to contribute presentations and you are invited to submit your ideas which will be assessed by an expert panel.
You will receive a confirmation email within one week of submitting your ideas, and presenters must register for the Conference to be eligible for making a presentation.
All ideas will be assessed according to the following criteria:
· The session introduces attendees to contemporary and emergent practices in the provision of community housing and/or homelessness responses (also aligned with broad themes of innovation, sustainability, empowerment, and connected industry / communities).
· The session provides information and engagement on an initiative achieving measurable success or that is the subject of independent research and evaluation
· The proposed format is innovative and engaging
