The City of Garden Grove is pleased to present the 2021 Draft Comprehensive Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness (CSPAH), a preliminary roadmap to address the short- and long-term impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic on homelessness and to initiate community outreach efforts regarding the Draft CSPAH to further explore homeless programs and solutions. The Draft CSPAH was presented to the City Council at the January 26, 2021 Regular Meeting and the Final CSPAH will be presented in summer 2021 to be considered for adoption. Over the next few months, the Community and Economic Development Department will be reaching out to the community to gather feedback about the Draft CSPAH and homelessness in Garden Grove. Your participation in this survey will be incorporated into the Final CSPAH. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
