CAPHIA Board Vacancies- Elected Directors

The Council of Academic Public Health Institutions Australasia (CAPHIA) is seeking nominations for three (3) Board Directors to be elected by Members. We are inviting Full Members to nominate candidates for these roles.

Nominations for Elected Director candidates must:
·       Include all required information requested into this form; and
·       Be lodged by 10am Monday 24th October 2022. 
Please note that a Full Member may only nominate one candidate for election.

An election will be conducted after the close of nominations (details to follow) with the result announced at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 November 2022.
