3rd Annual ToothFairy Convention: February 10, 2018

Educational Partnership Registration

On behalf of The L.A. Trust for Children’s Health and our partnered organizations, I’d like to thank you for your commitment to the well-being of our community. The ToothFairy Convention is an invaluable resource for children, families and community members due to the collaborative effort of each organization offering information and resources relating to oral health. As part of this agreement, you will be expected at the event by 8:30am on Saturday February 10, 2018.

Attendees will be given a ToothFairy Passport at check-in which includes a page for each educational programming exhibitor so guests may track which booths they visit, take notes and look back on the information after the event. The passport will include information provided by your organization on a specific oral health topic. During the event, each educational programming exhibitor will send a presenter to the stage at a scheduled time to share their lesson with all attendees. By attending all sessions, visiting all booths and engaging with exhibitors, participants will collect tickets to enter an opportunity drawing for some great prizes!
