Application Process: In collaboration with the Administration for Community Living, the National Council on Aging and the Aging and Disability Business Institute at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging will select up to 10 organizations or networks to participate in this six-month learning collaborative. Selection will be based on review of applications. No funding is provided through this opportunity, although participants benefit from targeted technical assistance provided by subject matter experts. 

Eligible applicants: Networks or individual organizations interested in contracting with Medicare Advantage plans around home and community-based services and supports. This opportunity is open to nonprofit and governmental organizations at the state or community level focused on aging and/or disability. 

Organizations that are NOT eligible to participate: Those who are participating in or who have been selected to participate in a concurrent business acumen learning collaborative with an overlapping time frame. For profit entities are also not eligible to apply.
 
Monthly MALC webinars will be held on the fourth Tuesday of the month @ 1-3 p.m. ET from April through September 2019. The July meeting will take place at n4a's Pre-Conference Intensive: Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits on July 27-28 in New Orleans. Organizations selected to participate in the MALC must attend and actively participate in these webinars and complete monthly homework assignments.
