Making Your Place on Purpose:
Montville Revive & Renew Routes 163/32

The Town of Montville and its consultant team are developing an Investment Plan to guide future improvements and development along Routes 32 and 163. As part of this effort, we are focusing on three focus areas: Area 1: The Town Center (near Town Hall and the intersection of Route 32 and Route 163), Area 2: Palmertown Village (the area around the intersection of Route 163 and Bridge Street); and Area 3: the Cove District (the area around Route 32 between Crescent Street and Beit Street, near Horton Cove).

This survey invites your input on potential opportunities for each area, including the desired character and scale of buildings, public realm enhancements (such as streetscape, lighting, landscaping, and walkability), and preferred types of uses—including retail, housing, office space, arts and culture, parks and open space, and civic uses. Your feedback will help shape a community-driven vision for revitalization.

Please begin by reviewing the map below that shows the three focus areas. For each question, you will be asked to choose Area 1 (Town Center); Area 2 (Palmertown Village), and/or Area 3 (the Cove District).
This survey is expected to take 5-10 minutes.
