Lawyers Connecting Beyond the Law is an initiative of the Cincinnati Bar Association that seeks to make our legal community more welcoming to lawyers from all backgrounds, reflecting a mosaic of perspectives, through the development of personal relationships. Through meaningful discussion and practical insights, participants will explore how cultural awareness, understanding, and adaptability can enhance relationships with clients, colleagues, and communities. The program highlights the value of cultural competency as an essential skill for building trust, navigating differences, and fostering a more inclusive and effective legal profession.
