Pursuant to Local Law 210 of 2017, the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is required by the New York City Council to conduct a survey of small businesses in New York City. Through this survey, we hope to better understand barriers to growth and hiring challenges faced by small businesses and how the City can support local entrepreneurs.
