the RAD Project Youth Leadership Training Registration Form |
The RAD Project
The RAD (Regional/Rural Disability) Project is an opportunity for young people in the Rural City of Wangaratta living with a disability to be meaningfully involved in the community.
The project aims to involve young people with disabilities aged between 15-25 to engage with their community and local government to increase social inclusion as well as gaining the skills they need to advocate for themselves.
Through this Youth Leadership Training we are going to establish a Youth Disability Reference Group where some participants of the training can come together, share their experience of disability and to find solutions together to the problems young people with disabilities face in the community.
