Legacy Cannabis Genetics: Community Engagement Survey

Thank you for participating in or engaging with the Legacy Cannabis Genetics project. One of the research goals of this project is to develop a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) model that can help inform future cannabis research. Your responses to the questions below are invaluable to that effort.

Community engagement is at the heart of CBPR. This survey asks for your feedback on the project's community education, outreach, and engagement efforts over the past two years, based on the activities and interactions you personally experienced. We are interested in your direct experience with these efforts, and your interactions with the research team, if applicable.

The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. No identifying data will be collected. If you have any questions, please contact Todd Holmes at todd.holmes@berkeley.edu.

A Note for Research Participants
Some community members also participated directly in the project's research, through ethnographic interviews, oral history interviews, or by contributing plant material and cultivar information.

A separate Research Participant Survey is being conducted to learn about those experiences. If you participated directly in the research, we encourage you to complete that survey as well.
