Attitudes of Cisgender Heterosexual Men on Anal and Prostate Stimulation

You are invited to take part in a confidential survey about sexual attitudes. This survey is designed to better understand perspectives, experiences, and comfort levels regarding human sexuality. It was created to support a project by a certification candidate enrolled with the Sexual Health Alliance.

Voluntary Participation
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer, and you may exit the survey at any time without penalty.

Anonymity & Privacy
• This survey does not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information.
• IP addresses and location tracking are disabled.
• Your responses will remain anonymous and cannot be linked back to you.

Sensitive Content
Some questions involve personal or sensitive topics related to sexuality. You are free to stop at any point if you feel uncomfortable.

Data Use
• Your responses will be analyzed in aggregate (combined with other participants) for research purposes only.
• Results may be presented in reports, papers, or presentations, but no individual response will ever be identified.
• All data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

Risks & Benefits
There are no direct risks beyond the possible discomfort of answering sensitive questions. While there is no direct personal benefit, and you will not be compensated, your participation will contribute to a better understanding of sexual attitudes with regards to anal and prostate stimulation.

Definitions:
For the purpose of this survey, please consider the following definitions before answering any questions.|

Anus: The opening of the rectum to the outside of the body. AKA "butt hole".

Cisgender: People whose gender identity matches the sex they were assigned at birth.

Het: Heterosexual. Romantically and/or sexually attracted towards a person of a different gender

Pegging: An anal sex act in which a female penetrates a male's anus with a strap-on dildo

Perineal: Pertaining to the perineum area.

Perineum: The fleshy area between the testicles and the anus (AKA "The Taint").
