Footscray Community Arts is developing a Disability & Inclusion Action Plan.

We want your feedback so we can better understand how we can make Footscray Community Arts more accessible for Deaf and/or Disabled Communities.

Our Disability & Inclusion Action Plan will:
  • help us improve access for disabled artists, audiences and staff members,
  • support our team to continue to learn about accessibility and inclusion,
  • deliver a better experience for our audiences.

This survey is one of many ways we are consulting and co-designing this plan.

We are also:
  • Being audited and getting advice from external partners and lived experience consultants.
  • Interviewing artists, community members, staff and Board members.
  • Inviting the community to a feedback day on Saturday 5 November 2022.
  • Offering one to one online conversations on Monday 7 November and Tuesday 8 November 2022.

We will use all of this information to develop an action plan that will inform how we develop and deliver events, programs and how we communicate to our communities.

Please complete this survey by Wednesday 30 November 2022. This survey is confidential and results are de-identified and anonymous.

Your feedback is important to us. We want to make sure our Disability & Inclusion Action Plan goals are informed by and for community.

We need your help for this.
