  • I grant ARC Microtech Ltd plus from time-to-time its marketing agencies, permission to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes, this case study. This consent is without limitation, applying to media in its original, copied or altered form, for marketing, communications, or advertising purposes, as ARC Microtech Ltd deems fit.
  • I confirm that I have obtained all necessary copyright permissions for ARC Microtech Ltd to use any images I have submitted.
  • I confirm that I am above the age of 18 and am a genuine ARC Microtech Ltd customer.
  • This permission shall continue unless I withdraw it by writing to ARC Microtech Ltd. I may withdraw my permission in writing at any time, either wholly or in part.
  • Upon receiving notice of withdrawal of consent, ARC Microtech Ltd will remove my image from its image library and cease to use it in future materials. However, I understand that ARC Microtech Ltd will not be able to recall materials in which I feature if they have already been issued or published.
  • I further grant ARC Microtech Ltd all right, title, and interest that I may have in any finished media produced on behalf of the company (such as negatives of images, originals and copies of articles etc.).
  • I acknowledge that no payment will be received from ARC Microtech Ltd for any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorised by this release, unless prior agreed in writing by ARC Microtech Ltd.
  • I also accept that it is entirely at the discretion of ARC Microtech Ltd whether I may inspect or approve any finished photographs, audio, video, multimedia, printed matter, computer generated scanned images and other electronic media that may be used.
