Victorian Aquatic and Recreation Industry Workforce Needs Related to Diversity, Inclusion and Leisure

The purpose of this survey is to gain insights from the Victorian Aquatic and Recreation Industry workforce in relation to the current needs around inclusion and diversity ahead of the inaugural Victorian Aquatics and Recreation Industry Diversity, Inclusion and Leisure Forum to be held at Zinc, Federation Square on Thursday February 9, 2023.
 
The Forum is a joint initiative of the Victorian Aquatic and Recreation Industry, with contributions being made by leading industry organisations, management companies, and representatives from government and researchers.
 
The 9 questions below will assist the organisers in shaping the forum to ensure participants leave feeling more aware, educated and resourced to make a difference within their facility.
