Welcome to the Baptist Women in Ministry (BWIM) Registry for Ordained and Professional Women in Ministry. BWIM is committed to building a database of Baptist women ordained since the first female ordination in a Southern Baptist church in 1964.+

If you would like to register someone who is unable to do so for herself (due to lack of computer access or illness) or if you wish to register someone posthumously, please complete the information to the best of your ability and tell us about yourself, so that we might contact you with additional questions.
+ If you were ordained in an American Baptist Church (ABC-USA) you are welcome to complete this registry. However, because American Baptist Churches have a more accurate record of ordinations, this registry is focused on women in ministry outside the ABC-USA.
