Introduction
Welcome to the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water Operational Workforce Planning survey. This survey will help you identify core competencies necessary for staff in your Branch and Division to achieve the business strategic goals and provide information and action items to address capability and capacity risks and gaps.
When responding, please keep in mind your business drivers and plans and what your Branch/Division will need in order to achieve its objectives in support of goals in the next 12 – 18 months.
The information you provide will not be used for any other purpose.

The department will collect all information you include in this survey. If you choose to input personal information about yourself or another individual (such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers) and/or sensitive information about yourself or another individual (such as information about religious beliefs, political opinions, or racial or ethnic origin) this will be collected as part of your submission. The department may collect and use this information for the purpose of identifying key workforce risks that will inform the development of divisional workforce plans.
