Disability Support Feedback

HELP is committed to providing services to any person in our community who has experienced sexual violence, regardless of access needs.

If you live with a disability and have experienced sexual abuse, assault or harassment, we’d really appreciate hearing from you about how our service can best support you. We know that accessing services can be harder for disabled people. Your input will provide essential feedback, so we know where we need to make changes.

Filling out this short, anonymous survey will help us understand firstly how we’re doing with giving you information and secondly, what you need from us and how you want to receive this support.

Please spend at least 5 minutes reviewing our website (helpauckland.org.nz) before providing us with feedback on your experience by Wednesday 23 July.
