If you are part of an Interfaith Couple (i.e., only one parent identifies as being Jewish) and you have at least one child who is 6 years old or younger, we ask that you and your partner please take the time to fill out this short survey separately. The information you provide is extremely valuable to JCC Chicago. In our ongoing effort to create a warm and inclusive community, we are hoping you will share your opinions and experiences with us. We appreciate you taking the time to fill this out. Please forward this survey to your partner as we value your entire family's insights. In addition, we would appreciate it if you forward this survey to any friends or family members who are also part of an Interfaith Couple with children under the age of 6 years old.
