Questionnaire for young Finnish adults

Dear traveler,

I would kindly ask you to fill in this questionnaire in order to measure the overall satisfaction and features found important regarding brand loyalty for Finnish travel agencies. Your opinion is important for me in order to finalize my bachelor’s thesis in marketing at Estonian Business School Helsinki. The questionnaire is anonymous and the data collected will be used only to assess the key characteristics young adults (aged 18 to 25) find important when re-choosing a travel agency.
