APPLICATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2025 NAPAA Scholarship.

Before completing the form, review the rules and regulations here.

Please be prepared to upload the following items to this form:
  1. Essay Response (saved as PDF) approximately 500 words on the topic, “Who has had the most influence on your life? Why?”
  2. Resume (saved as PDF) The resume should not exceed two pages in length and, at a minimum, should contain the following information: entrant’s name, address, phone number, educational information (including high school attended), subjects emphasized throughout entrant’s education, overall grade point average from the most recent two semesters or last three quarters, ACT/SAT scores (if available), honors and awards, extracurricular activities, and future educational plans.
  3. Upload a headshot of the student. This will be used when we announce the winner in our various forms of communication.
  4. All documents and headshot need to be submitted at one time or the submission is disqualified.
All submissions must be complete and received no later than 11:59pm ET on May 31, 2025.
