Instructions for Completing the Survey

The AGPA Mentorship Needs Assessment Survey is designed to help us better understand members’ experiences, interests, needs, and preferences related to mentorship and to inform the development of an AGPA Mentorship Initiative.

The survey includes questions about your previous mentoring experiences, your interest in participating as a mentee and/or mentor, and your preferences regarding the structure and design of a potential mentorship program. Based on your responses, you may be directed to additional questions related to your interest in participating as a mentee and/or mentor.

Please answer the questions that are presented to you based on your experiences and perspectives.
