West Waterford Festival of Food Market Application - April 2023

This year the 14th annual West Waterford Festival of Food will take place from Friday 14th April to Sunday 16th April 2023 and the committee is currently busy putting together another amazing programme of events.

We are now taking expressions of interest for our markets, which will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th April 2023.The highlight of our festival every year, our Sunday Market attracts in excess of 20,000 people to the town centre. This market incorporates our local Farmer's and Country Markets as well as many more traders. The emphasis is on local and artisan producers, so priority will be given to traders from county Waterford.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This application form is a registration of interest only and trading at West Waterford Festival of Food is limited and not guaranteed.

Our Quayside Saturday market has grown substantially in recent years, with record numbers in attendance in 2022 which we hope will grow further in 2023. As in previous years, we will have a vibrant entertainment programme and a wonderful RNLI duck race. 

During the application process you can indicate if you prefer to trade at the Saturday market, Sunday market or both.
