GREETING conference attendees
(welcoming everyone with a smile and helping them with directions if needed)
Total need: 4 volunteers

Assisting with REGISTRATION
(stuffing name badges into the holders and giving attendee applicable items)
Total need: 20+ volunteers

MODERATING a session
Introduce each presenter, lead Q&A at the end, stick to the schedule
*must have been a moderator at an MWEA / MI-AWWA event in the last 2 years
Total need: 4 volunteers

ASSISTANT MODERATING a session
Assist with A/V (pulling up powerpoint presentations, switching microphones, troubleshoot A/V issues), taking photos of each speaker
Total need: 4 volunteers

ROOM MONITOR of a session
Start the session by scanning attendees badges as they come IN to the room; end the session by scanning attendee badges as they LEAVE the session
Total need: 16 volunteers

Expo Hall GREETER/ CEC SCANNER
(Stationed at the doors to the expo hall, you scan in/scan out attendees for CECs, and make sure Operator Days attendees are not leaving early to enter the expo hall)
Total need: 20 volunteers
