Wedding MBA Las Vegas Convention Center November 17-19, 2026

For potential speakers, picking your topic is always a collaborative effort. To stay organized and avoid topic overlap, we ask potential speakers to fill out the below form. Please review all questions before you begin answering. Submissions must include a video link to be considered. Please be advised that speakers are unpaid and not reimbursed for travel expenses. Speakers must be available to speak on November 17, 18, and 19th if you are not available on all three days do not submit.

11.Mandatory: Please place a link to your speaking video. The video should be 15-45 minutes in length, in front of an audience of any size (4 or more people), please place a brief three-bullet point description of your topic after the video link. Do NOT send a webinar, podcast, sizzle reel, or short format edited commercial. Do NOT send a speech on a totally unrelated topic.

The video link should be a public, unprotected Youtube link that does not require a passcode to watch. Failure to include this will disqualify you from speaker opportunities. This is not a sizzle reel or edited video. This should not be a webinar.
12.Mandatory: Please include a Speaker’s Résumé below. The résumé must list professional speaking engagements from the last three years only, and must include the event date, location, and audience type for each engagement.

Do NOT include any non-professional speaking activities. Examples of items to exclude: Webinars, Podcasts, Emcee/MC roles, Toasts, and Graduation speeches.
13.New speakers often start out in a wedding specialty category. What wedding specialty category/topic would you be interested in speaking on? Why would you be a fit for this category? (Skip question if NA)

Our vetting process gives priority to new speakers presenting in a specilaty track.

Please note priority is given to speakers actively working within their given
category. For example, a venue owner would be the best fit for the venue
category not a business coach that works with venues.

Wedding MBA categories include: Venue, Planner, DJ, Florist, Caterer/Cakes/Drinks, Photographer, Florist, Gown/Tux, Officiant, invitations

For example, florist category speaking on floral arches and hanging installations.
* The materials you should you use when hanging floral installations. Will include a how to guide with the types of flowers I use along with a list of tools.
* Visuals/ photos/ and a small mock up of how to make a floral arch in 60 minutes or less
* Floral trends for next year
14.List your possible business topics below. Be as specific as possible. Business topics would include sales, law, psychology, negotiation, profits, graphic design, cash flow, business management ect.

overexposure please answer the following questions.

18.We understand many speakers present throughout the year at multiple conferences. We support and appreciate all your speaking opportunities.

To make our Wedding MBA brand stand out, we encourage our speakers to pick new and exciting topics. With that, please note that Wedding MBA will require exclusivity of the topic for the 10 months before, and 6 months after the Wedding MBA , for any selected topic. If selected do you agree to these terms?


* Excludes small sample/practice sized audiences of 100 or less. Many speakers like to test out their class before they present and we encourage that.
19.PCs work best at most conferences. Please be advised we are warning against using MAC computers for our event. We also ask that all speakers bring a backup on a jump drive. 

If your AV does not work within the first 5 minutes are you able to start your presentation without AV? 
20.Speech writing is a large element of presenting at Wedding MBA. Please list your writing experience and provide 1-3 samples of your writing if you have it (i.e. links to blog articles, book, or any writing samples). DO NOT use ChatGPT.
