The Germantown Town Board and its Economic Development Advisory Committee are very pleased to announce a new program to provide relief to small businesses in Germantown. Thanks to generous supporters of Germantown's business community and the J.M. Kaplan Foundation, we will be able to disburse small cash grants to help our vital businesses adapt to this challenging time. Administrative support for the Business Relief Fund is being provided by Columbia Economic Development Corporation (CEDC).

All grant applications must be submitted via the below online form by 4pm on Friday, May 1, 2020.

**We recommend that you work on the questions in a separate document and copy/paste your responses into the online form when you are ready to submit as the application does not enable applicants to 'Save' or 'Preview' before submission.
