4.National Treasury / SARS is not comfortable with the days in South Africa and asked our thoughts on what we can shift this to, in order to still qualify for tax exemption. Based on your days back in South Africa, how many days would you normally spend per year in South Africa?(Required.)
5.They are considering exempting the initial amount of earnings (employment income) and please give rough indication of your employment income per 12 months earned outside:(Required.)
6.Are you under fixed term contract and where the remuneration and contract decision was based on the tax exemption (both Parliament and National Treasury are concerned this may upset existing pre-set corporate plans).(Required.)
