My site is available for 24 weekly deliveries from early June through Thanksgiving, the full length of the delivery season. Yes No If not available all season, when is the site available? For each site, a day and time is scheduled, according to the route sequence, for when deliveries arrive and for when shareholders can begin to pick up their boxes. The times below further reflect the broad time window for routes, within which these scheduled delivery and pickup times occur. In other words, each site host is provided with a projected time for when deliveries will arrive at their site, and for when shareholders will be able to begin to pick up at their site. Some variability in these times will occur, due to unanticipated traffic or site developments; therefore, some host flexibility regarding schedules is required. The Chicago area sites—locations within 60 miles of Chicago— are typically served by the refrigerated trucks of Chicago Messenger Service (CMS). The Angelic Organics area sites—locations within 30 miles of our farm at 1547 Rockton Rd, Caledonia, IL— are typically served by a refrigerated delivery truck of Angelic Organics. If you are uncertain as to whether your site location is in the greater Chicago region or the Angelic Organics region, email Farmer John at currentsitehost@angelicorganics.com to inquire. Shareholders who pick up within 60 miles of Chicago will receive an email notification from the delivery company when their share arrives. At this point, the farm only serves sites within 30 miles of Angelic Organics on Fridays, with the exception of the site at Angelic Organics, which is open on Saturdays and Wednesdays. I am fine with the delivery and pickup time windows above. I am willing to be reasonably flexible if the schedule for my site needs to change. I would like to host a Saturday site within 60 miles of Chicago: 1) The delivery of boxes to my site will ideally take place between 6:30 a.m. and noon. 2) The time window for shareholders to pick up will ideally be from around 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. I will be assigned an approximate delivery time and shareholder pickup time within these time windows, according to the route sequence.
