St. John's has been open throughout the pandemic - even though we haven't been able to gather in person, we have been worshipping God, caring for one another and serving our community.

However, Marin County and the Diocese of California are beginning to allow outdoor worship under very strict conditions. As we plan how and when to regather safely, it would help us to know more about your preferences.

If we were to regather for in-person worship, it would be under very different conditions:
-All services must be outdoors
-Households will sit together and will have to remain socially distanced from others.
-Masks required
-Communal singing is not allowed
-All will have to pre-register for worship services online
-All will have to check-in and undergo a health screening before entering the outdoor worship space.
-No communion
-No social hour after the service
-The Diocese and County strongly recommends that all those over 65 and all those with pre-existing health conditions do not attend in person.

Even if we do offer in person services, we know that not all will be able to attend. We will continue to offer a streamed 10am service, online coffee hour, and other online activities. Our focus will be on the whole community, making sure no one is left behind or left out.
