Using AI
We’re excited that you are applying to work at EMD UK and want to hear how you feel your experience and capabilities align with the role you're applying for.
AI tools can be handy, but they don’t always showcase your unique abilities or provide insight into who you truly are. AI-generated content can make applications sound generic and even inaccurate. At EMD UK, we celebrate individuality, so keep it personal. It's okay for your writing to be a true reflection of you, not overly formal, and not in the third person.
Accessibility & Inclusion:
EMD UK is committed to inclusive recruitment and welcomes applications from individuals with disabilities and long-term health conditions. As a Disability Confident employer, we offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.
To apply under the Disability Confident scheme, please indicate this in your application when prompted and show how you meet the essential criteria in your cover letter.

We provide adjustments throughout the recruitment process. If you need support, please contact our People Manager at sarahp@emduk.org. Sharing this information is voluntary and will not affect your application.
We look forward to receiving your application.
