Phase 1C is the southeastern section of the Downtown Greenway running from the intersection of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Bragg Street to the intersection of Gate City Boulevard and Murrow Boulevard.  This segment of greenway passes through the Ole Asheboro neighborhood, a designated redevelopment area.  The site is planned to accommodate a mix of retail and multi-family uses that will integrate the greenway into the development, and is currently being marketed for development.
