Welcome. About this survey

Thank you for taking time to share your perspectives. This survey will assist D6 Research in understanding employee sentiment about the prospects of corporate employers considering new technology.

Subdermal chip identification involves implanting chips under a person’s skin (usually between the index finger and thumb) to provide capabilities that are common with keys, access cards, passwords, tokens, and credit cards – by just waving one’s hand.

While this sounds like science fiction, it’s actually been going on for a couple of decades - predominantly driven out of Europe, expanding curiosity and interest from other regions, mainstream media and corporations to issue to their employees.

D6 Research endeavors to understand perceptions of people that have worked in corporate organizations about the prospects of having subdermal chips issued within their workplace. Respondents need to meet two criteria: 1) are over the age of 24; and 2) have worked for a non-government employer that had at least 100 full-time employees.

There are 10 questions about your opinions regarding technology, 6 regarding demographics, and a couple involving communication preferences (entering into the raffle, feedback, etc.) It should take about 10 minutes to complete. Since we are building statistical models, it’s critical that you thoroughly consider each question and answer as honestly as possible.

As a token of our appreciation, we will conduct periodic raffle drawings from the pool of participants that opt-in at the end of the survey. Prizes range from Amazon and Starbucks gift cards to Apple watches and other cool items. Thank you, and good luck!
