They are looking for a full-service, hassle-free, playset company that sells playsets and offers a seamless experience, from initial purchase to assembly, and maintenance.

(All About Play: They want a high-quality playset (most retailers don't offer) that will last, and full service from purchase to delivery, assembly, and maintenance.
