We will present the basics of equity, debt, and non-dilutive financing, including how each option works, when it is typically used, and key terms to understand. We will address company formation types and what will position your company to succeed if you are looking to sell minority equity shares. We also incorporate a legal perspective from a law expert, who can address questions regarding common deal structures and important considerations before entering funding discussions.

2:15 PM to 3:15 PM – Building the Right Capital Stack Panel DiscussionThis panel session will explore how companies can approach equity, debt, non-dilutive funding, and blended models to support growth. Panelists - who are experienced investors who have backed dozens of high-impact companies - will address these options and discuss how to weigh trade-offs such as control, dilution, repayment structure, and stage of maturity. The conversation will also highlight common “dos and don'ts" when evaluating funding decisions, with the goal of helping companies design capital strategies that align with their long-term goals and risk profile.
3:15 PM to 3:30 PM – Break3:30 PM to 4:30 PM – Debt and Non-Dilutive Capital: What Lenders Look ForThis session covers how lenders approach government-focused businesses, including how they underwrite and evaluate risk, and what to expect from current lenders in high-growth sectors. Panelists will walk through the fundamentals of contract-backed and revenue-based financing, explain how underwriting works, and share insights on what makes a company fundable from a lender’s perspective.

These are not pitches or demos, but short overviews focused on technology and traction, and we expect participants to ask questions.
