PENTA CARES ASU Scholarship Application

The PENTA CARES Foundation awards two scholarships to students enrolled in an accredited construction or construction engineering program.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:

-          A high school senior or undergraduate freshman with less than 24 credits

-          Attending or planning on attending Arizona State University (ASU)

-          Majoring or planning on majoring in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar major

-          Able and willing to participate in a paid internship with PENTA Building Group in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, or Phoenix for at least one summer before graduation

 

The mission of The PENTA CARES Foundation, the giving arm of The PENTA Building Group - a commercial general contractor, is to increase the impact PENTA's employees, family, and friends have within the communities where we live and work. In doing so, we build relationships between employees, family members, and trade partners who might not otherwise have worked alongside each other, therefore strengthening PENTA's culture of caring.

 

Since our inception, The PENTA Building Group's employees have donated thousands of hours of personal time to help those in need in our communities. For PENTA, giving back has taken many forms. Corporately, PENTA has donated $9 Million dollars in cash to various nonprofit organizations. At the project level, our teams continue to donate money and services to the neighborhoods and communities surrounding their projects. Personally, our employees are constantly answering the call to fulfill the various toy, school supply, and other drives during the year.

 

We have awarded 21 scholarships so far worth $ 276,730 altogether.
