Dear St. Joseph Community Member:

The Village is requesting your participation in the 2022 Village of St. Joseph Community Survey. The purpose of this survey is to evaluate how the Village is performing, with a focus on areas that community members would like to see improvement. This survey is being conducted by the Village of St. Joseph, and the information collected will be used to assist elected officials and staff in identifying budgetary priorities for the next few years.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and all of your responses will be confidential. All information gathered in this process will be used to measure what the community desires collectively. This information will only be used for statistical purposes, and none of the responses will be connected to identifying information of respondent. This survey will measure the responses of those that reside in St. Joseph city limits.  In addition to this, each member of your household over eighteen years old can participate in this survey.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. As an incentive to participate, there will be a raffle, with two $50 IGA gift certificates being given to the winning participants in this survey. To participate in this raffle, please print or screenshot the confirmation page after submitting your survey. You can send in your raffle information via email at or drop off at 207 Lincoln Street. Be sure to include your name, email, and phone number. If you are selected in this raffle, we will contact you and let you know. To participate in the raffle, you will need to have your completed survey submitted before February 28th, 2022 at 3:30 pm.
